The overwater bungalows include the famous Tahitian TV, glass bedside tables and glass coffee tables in the center of the room enable guests to admire the colorful underwater life of the lagoon from the comfort of the bedroom. Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort & Spa collaborated with a marine biologist to install 30 artificial reefs within the lagoon of the hotel under the overwater bungalows. This nursery called “Toa Nui” (big coral in Tahitian) is a unique experience because it combines many points that seem to be essential:

- To make the guests and local population aware of the need to protect the environment by taking part in the education and recreational activities within the nursery.
- To attract multitudes of marine life and corals in the area.

This nursery is part of a global environment program led by their team to protect the environment and to build awareness for the guests. You are invited to participate in the different activities to discover a colorful and always surprising submarine world. Snorkeling in the nursery is allowed and encourages with underwater posters pointing out the names of the different fish you will enjoy viewing.

Premium beach bungalows offer a large tropical garden and a plunge pool. The 50 overwater bungalows are 53 square meters each (570 sq feet). All offer a very spacious bathroom area with both a separate shower and a full size bath tub. The vanity area and the bath tub feature glass table’s tops to look into the lagoon.
